As with any knowledge-based industry, Guthrie recognizes that people are our most precious resource. Therefore, our chief goal is to attract physicians who appreciate the idea of working on a team; who enjoy being surrounded by extraordinary colleagues who are all interested in providing the very best patient care possible.
Guthrie has established expectations for every physician at Guthrie, based on our core values of patient centeredness, teamwork and excellence. We provide support and mentoring in addition to opportunities for pursuing individualized career paths within the organization.
If you are a Hospitalist who shares our vision, we would like to talk with you.
In the Heart of the Endless Mountains on the eastern edge of the majestic Appalachian Mountains, Troy, Pennsylvania is a community hub for the surrounding agricultural region of Northwestern Bradford County.
This area offers breathtaking natural beauty and provides a quiet, safe environment for families. With plenty of cultural and sports activities of its own, Guthrie Clinic Troy's rural location affords the benefits of dining, shopping and recreation, with easy access to larger cities.
Many physicians that join Guthrie do so in a large part because of its location: close enough to populous cities but entrenched in a unique culture of its own that allows for a rewarding family life and meaningful community involvement. As Guthrie continues to win awards and gain recognition for advancing the quality of healthcare for its patients, our physicians enjoy an even greater personal satisfaction in being able to experience the best of both worlds.
