Job Details
We are currently helping a facility in Maryland that is in need of a family medicine or internal medicine physician to assist with locum tenens coverage. Your assignment schedule will be Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am to 1:30pm with 1:7 triage call. Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes for new patients, and 15 minutes for existing patients. You will see 15 patients per day on average. Assignment requirements include pediatric to geriatric visits. All types of facilities use locum tenens doctors to relieve physician burnout, maintain patient satisfaction, and stay fully staffed during busy times, or while searching for a permanent doctor.
