Looking for a family practice physician in Shonto, AZ,  If you can help, or know anyone who could help! This need is for outpatient clinic/Urgent Care dept. Shifts are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.   Accepting candidates with a background in Family Medicine (FP) can be Board certified, or Board eligible, and have DEA, ACLS, PALS, and CPR or BLS. MDA offers weekly pay, direct deposit, travel and housing if needed and A++ professional malpractice insurance. A typical presentation will include the following; however initial conversation with submission of CV and availability to MDA is a great starting point:  CV, 2 peer references, details on EMR experience, AZ license copy, availability, malpractice history, and any details of NPDB or license action
