Pediatric Board certified/Eligible physician need in Mammoth, CA Job# 25671:

Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) is seeking a Pediatric BC/BE physician for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Indiana. Requirements: Board Certified in Pediatrics (PD).

Coverage period will be Monday, January 9th, 2017 to March 31st, 2017 for maternity leave coverage. Clinic coverage will consist of 3 ten hour days per week: 3-3.5 full clinic days 8:30-5pm plus charting. Specific days of the week for clinic are Monday/Wednesday/Thursday and some Friday afternoons. Call will be 1:3 or 1:4 $800 a day for call. Call is super light, the weekend that physician is on call, they cover Friday afternoon. Only on call during the week 1 or 2 days if you are in the clinic. Will attend only high risk deliveries (6-8 total deliveries a month), including C-sections. Facility has a birthing center, so only selective low risk deliveries. Rounding mornings on well baby newborns and hospital admissions only when on call. Calls to ER for pediatric needs will be covered by the locum. Circumcisions are not expected from the locum. The clinic's pediatric team
