Position
• Team-based care/ Level II PCMH
• 100% Outpatient
• 12 patients per day during ramp up
• Fully ramped up patient encounters: 18-20
• Designated half-day for admin/EMR time
• Sophisticated electronic medical records
• No weekends/no call
• Support staff, MD/DO, NP/PA, MA, RNs, social workers
• Base salary plus incentive/bonus based on production
• Fully paid benefits
• Student Loan Repayment
• TX License is required
