Job Details

Our client in Nebraska is in urgent need of locums anesthesiologist beginning in January ongoing. Willing to look at temp to perm. Bread and butter anesthesia with epidurals. Need to be comfortable working with CRNA's. CRNA's aren't supervised, but physician must be willing to work back-up with them. Call: CRNA's take first call and physician is back-up call but needs to be willing to come in if needed. Schedule is 7am until schedule is done. Must be board certified with ACLS and BLS. Would like a Nebraska licensed doctor, but they are willing to obtain a license.
  • Board certified anesthesiologist starting 1/1/17 ongoing
  • Bread and butter anesthesia with epidurals and be comfortable working with CRNA's
  • CRNA's are not supervised but the physician needs to be willing to work backup with them
  • Monday-Friday starting at 7:00am
  • Call is 1:3 backup and weekends are only backup
  • Schedule is 7am until the schedule is completed
  • Prefer active Nebraska license but client is willing to license
  • ACLS & BLS required
  • Comprehensive malpractice coverage
  • Housing, travel, and local transportation
  • Licensing assistance
  • Credentialing and hospital privileges processing
