There is a new occupational medicine physician opportunity now available in Texas. You must be comfortable with adult occupational health and diagnosis of orthopedic injuries, suturing and splinting are required. A physician who can diagnose and manage common industrial-related medical problems, do disability exams and workers compensation, and employment physicals is especially encouraged to apply. Your assignment schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, and you will see 25-30 patients per day on average. As the covering physician, it is preferred that you be board certified or board eligible and have a current DOT certification. Locum tenens physicians will help solve the challenges facing hospitals and their patients for decades to come.
