Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Social Worker - LICSW who functions as a clinician and consultant in the field of behavioral health. You will be working in a fast paced, collaborative team practice that recognizes the patient as the central focus with Primary Care and Medical Specialty providers, in order to ensure the best quality of care in the treatment of behavioral health disorders. We have a state-of-the-art Medical Record system (EPIC) that allows for continuity of care and leads to safer treatment plans when caring for our patients.

Our Behavioral Medicine care approach is setting the stage for innovative healthcare treatment for the future. Our extended partners in Primary Care enable us to reach patients who would otherwise not receive our unique cadre of innovative services.

You are part of a coordinated provider team: Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Nurses, Complex/Chronic Coordinators, and Emergency staff. We are able to provide assessment and treatment to patients, with identified conditions such as stress (including acute crises), depression, anxiety. Handle crisis assessment and intervention/phone triage.

  • Deliver clinical services to the patient and/or their family in an expeditious, courteous, and professional manner

  • Keep abreast of current clinical literature related to clinical social work

  • Establish and maintain effective collegial relationships with other professionals

  • Participate in clinical and administrative supervision sessions as needed

  • Provide and participate in in-service education as required or directed.Participates in professional organizations, workshops, and conferences as they pertain to clinical and administrative functions


Graduate of an accredited school of social work. Master's Degree and active, unrestricted licensure as a LICSW in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. CPR Certification. Current Massachusetts driver's license. At least one year of experience assessing crises and emergencies in a practice setting preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with a flexible and creative approach to problem solving. Proficient in computer use, the Internet and health information technology. Successfully able to work independently as well as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Possesses good clinical judgment and decision making skills.
