Job Details
A Kentucky-based facility is currently seeking a locum tenens emergency medicine physician. Assignment schedule is 10 or 12 hour shifts, with day night and mid shifts available, and the emergency department has an annual volume of 35,000. Covering physician must be board certified in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine and have an active and unrestricted ACLS and PALS. Assignment requirements include single coverage for night shifts, AND physician will have APP assistance and specialty backups. Ideal physician has an active KY license in hand. More than 40,000 physicians work locum tenens assignments annually at facilities in all 50 states.
