A hospital in Maryland needs a neonatologist who is available for a four-month locum tenens assignment. On the job the locum will be responsible for solo nighttime rounding in the NICU and well-baby nursery. Each night the locum can expect to see 12 - 13 patients who will require procedures like: intubation, UA/UV, placement, ventilators, arterial and venous blood drawing, and chest tube placement. The locum will have the assistance of full sub-specialty backup while on this assignment. Shifts worked will be 7pm - 7am on a 7 on 7 off schedule. The EMR used by this facility is Neodata.
