IM or FP 
12 hour shifts, day shift 7a-7p and night shift 7p-7a
Rounding and Admissions on an average of 17 to 19 patients
Admissions  3 -4 are are included in the total patient encounters
No procedures required
No Call
Rapid Response Team - yes ( on your own patients)
Credentialing 60 to 90 day
 Active NV license , ALCS, required
155 an hour
No  Claims history
ERM is Cerner
