Colorado Health Medical Group, physician group for UCHealth is seeking to add a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our collegial and high functioning practice at Longmont Clinic.  Open to considering newly trained candidates.

•  General family medicine outpatient practice seeing newborn to geriatric patients
•  Join seven other FPs and over 45 physicians
•  Physician will work 36 scheduled patient care hours a week
•  Desirable call schedule is 1:10 weekdays and 1:10 weekends

In 2009, the Poudre Valley Health System, now University of Colorado Health, established Poudre Valley Medical Group, now Colorado Health Medical Group with providers from several private groups throughout northern Colorado. This new group created an integrated physician/health system partnership.
