- There is a great opportunity now for a general surgeon due to the retirement of one general surgeon, and a second general surgeon leaving the community. '
- First year compensation is guaranteed at $350,000
- $50,000 sign-on bonus. '
- After the first year, base compensation is $250,000 plus production pay, which is based on collections. '
