Join a fantastic and dedicated medical team who focuses on the wellness and rehabilitation of our elders.'Short'term, skilled nursing care for patients recovering from a variety of medical/surgical conditions, including but not limited to: stroke, joint replacement, COPD, congestive heart failure, Parkinson's, multiple trauma and acute kidney injury.
