Hospitalist Needed to Provide Locums Coverage in New Mexico

A New Mexico-based facility is currently seeking a Hospitalist to assist with locum tenens coverage. Assignment schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off with some call. Physician will see 2 patients per day on average and typically admit 1 new patient from the ER. Minimal backup physician services are available, and other physicians will likely not be on-site. Covering physician must be board certified or board eligible in IM or FM. Assignment requirements include ICU rounding.
