Locum Tenens Ophthalmologist needed - Position #25112

Glaucoma Fellowship required

Requirements:  Wisconsin License and Board Certification

(Licensing assistance available if you do not have an active WI license.)

Dates:  Full Time - on-going until perm located.  Client will consider ANY availability.

Cases:  Clinic 8am-5pm for 4 days, OR 1 day per week. 5-8 surgical cases.

Facilities:  Lab, xray on site; 2-3 exam rooms, 1 minor procedure room; SLT laser, YAG, etc.; state-of-the-art equipment for practice.

Procedures:  Non-surgical; Surgical/invasive; Ultrasound interpretatoin (A & B scan); Performance (B scan); Photos interpretation; Flurescein angiography interpretation; Optical coherence tomography interpretation; Cryotherapy; Laser: Anterior segment, Posterior segment, & YAG; Cataract removal: Phacoemulsification, Extracapsular extraction, Intracapsular extraction, with Intraocular lens implant; Glaucoma; Intra-ocular injections.

Staff:    Established practice with multiple 8 ophthalmologists, including subspecialists in Pediatrics, Cornea, Glaucoma, and Vitreo Retinal Surgery as well as 4 optometrists and 2-3 techs per physician.

EMR:   Cerner
