Job Details
Order Details: FM NP needed for Family Medicine clinic due to provider leaving practice. Family Medicine Experience desired. Will consider locums, locums to perm or perm candidates. Support staff is rooming MA, resource MA, 3 PSR's and 2 RN's. 22 patients per day. 50% Geriatrics, 40% adult Med, 75% Medicare/Medicaid. Schedule is 7a - 530p Tue - Fri. No weekends. Call will be every 7 weeks for 1 week Thursday morning to Thursday morning. Rotation is shared with providers from Rochester Family Medicine, Chehalis Family Medicine, and Centralia Family Medicine. The providers average between 5-10 calls during their on call week.
