Job Details

I currently have a need for hospitalists to provide locum tenens coverage for a facility in central WI. This is an excellent assignment that offers flexible scheduling, great hours and a manageable patient load. Here are some of the details:
  • 10-13 patients per shift.
  • No procedures.
  • Flexible shifts
  • "Day Shift" 7a-5p.
  • "Short Night" 4p-12a. Admits only with an average of 4-6 patients.
  • "Cross Coverage" 5p-1a. Takes calls for inpatients on a hospitalist service. Carries code beeper 6p-12a on weekdays and 11p-12a on weekends and holidays.
  • "Long Nights" 12a-8a. Admits 2-4 patients per shift. Takes calls for inpatients currently on hospitalist service. Carries code beeper for full shift. Currently have 3 hospitalists that cover these nights, so coverage will be minimal, if at all for this shift.
  • Paid travel, housing and malpractice.
  • Excellent compensation.
