Summary:
- Start date: October 31st with 4 months of coverage needs
- Shift info: 3 days/week, clinic and office only
- General primary care
- Chronic cases
- Heavy geriatric population
- Support staff: NP, MA and MD
- Case volume: 16-20
- Must be Board Certified FM (preferred) or IM
