Cleveland Clinic, one of the world's most distinguished academic medical centers, is currently searching for the new Chair of the Pediatric Surgery Department in the Pediatric Institute and Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will be recognized nationally for his/her experience and accomplishments in clinical care, teaching, and research. In addition, he/she should have previous administrative and leadership experience.

This position offers a strong experience in neonatal surgery, complex GI cases, childhood tumors, minimally invasive surgery, and chest wall reconstruction. Candidates with interest in bariatric or transplant surgery will find additional opportunities to pursue in the department. A faculty appointment commensurate with experience is available in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Protected time for research will be considered for appropriately qualified and experienced candidates.
