Director, Hand and Upper Limb Center
The Cleveland Clinic announces a search for a Director to develop and grow an academic Hand, Upper Limb and Peripheral Nerve Center. This unified center will be a collaborative mix of surgeons and support personnel from both the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery and Plastic Surgery strengthened by ongoing research collaboration with the Lerner Research Institute.
At Cleveland Clinic, surgeons provide comprehensive and highly specialized upper extremity care, managing a complete spectrum of injuries, acquired conditions and congenital deformities. Our team of hand and upper limb surgeons and therapists work together with the shared goals of restoring form and function, alleviating pain, and enhancing patients’ quality of life.
A visionary leader of The Center will have demonstrated leadership skills, a strong clinical acumen and a commitment to excellence in surgical training, programmatic development, patient care and experience. A qualified candidate must be board certified as an Orthopaedic or Plastic Surgeon and hold the certificate of added qualifications in surgery of the hand.
