The Department of Rheumatic and Immunologic Diseases at the Cleveland Clinic is seeking full time rheumatologists to join the #2 ranked program by US News and World Report. Currently, the department consists of 30 rheumatologists, physician scientists and clinical educators. The Department's physicians currently practice at 15 sites and work collaboratively with clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners, and a highly experienced group of research support personnel.

An Academic Clinician or a Clinician/Investigator demonstrating a strong commitment to quality patient care and to fellow and resident education is sought. He/she will have advanced clinical and research experience as well as a track record in medical education and participating in program growth and development. The successful candidate must have an MD (or equivalent) and be BE/BC in Rheumatology.

Responsibilities will include patient care (outpatient and inpatient), hospital consultations and infusion therapy. As an academic rheumatologist, the incumbent will be an active participant of the teaching program and foster the academic careers of trainees. Academic appointment will be commensurate with experience and credentials.
