The Cleveland Clinic, one of the world's most distinguished academic medical centers, announces a search for additional Pediatric Surgeons to join the existing staff of four full-time surgeons in the Department of Pediatric Surgery.

This position offers a strong experience in neonatal surgery, complex GI cases, childhood tumors, minimally invasive surgery, and chest wall reconstruction. Candidates with interest in bariatric or transplant surgery will find additional opportunities to pursue in the department. A faculty appointment commensurate with experience is available in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Protected time for research will be considered for appropriately qualified and experienced candidates.

Our staff includes more than 300 physicians in 55 pediatric medical and surgical specialties providing over 750,000 outpatient visits, 10,000 inpatient admissions, 11,440 surgeries, and accepting over 1,400 transports per year. Excellent opportunities exist for cooperative program development with our top-ranked adult surgical programs, as well as for basic, clinical and translational research in the Lerner Research Institute.
