Very busy community based facility with an outstanding reputation is looking to add a BC/BE IM-Peds physician in early 2015.  Pediatric care is limited to newborn care; JV hospital does have an NICU.  This office has a very pleasant practice atmosphere, is active and thriving, and includes a very busy Urgent Care Facility.  With a great attitude and excellent patient care, new IM-Peds physician should have no problem having a full patient base very quickly. 

Jordan Valley Medical Center is a physician-owned hospital that brings world-class medical expertise and compassion to the care of every patient and is a first-class community hospital that is constantly growing to provide excellent healthcare for the people of the southwest Salt Lake Valley. Over the past few years, the hospital has doubled in size and recently completed a major expansion that increased its size to 183 beds. Substantial investment in advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment has helped the hospital attract a top-notch medical staff and a team of highly-skilled nurses. Jordan Valley Medical Center and is located in the southwest quadrant of the Salt Lake City market.  This west side market is the fastest growth area of Utah.

Salt Lake City incorporates all of the big city amenities (theater, arts and professional and collegiate sports) while keeping many of the cons of most large cities at a minimum.   • IMs see outpatient only with hospitalists covering inpatient care; Peds portion does require both outpatient and inpatient care
  • Group is made up of (11) practitioners:  (3) IM-Peds (2) Peds (6) PAs and NPs
  • Call coverage (for pediatrics) will be 1:4
  • Support staff is already in place
