Job Details
An Indian health service facility in Alaska is in need of a family practitioner to assist their facility with locum tenens coverage. DEA, ACLS, BLS, and U.S. state medical license are required for this assignment. The covering physician must be board certified or board eligible. Indian Health Service and tribal healthcare facilities provide a comprehensive health service delivery system for approximately 2.1 million American Indians and Alaska Natives, most of whom live on or near reservations and in rural communities. This government facility accepts your current license, regardless of the location of the facility. - 90 day working interview
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- Call is 1 to 2 nights per week and every third weekend
- Any state license allowed
- ACLS and BLS required
