Our client is a non-profit health care organization and the only Federally Qualified Heath Center (FQHC) in Providence, Rhode Island. Also, they the largest, one of the fastest-growing, and most progressive federally-qualified network of community health centers in the area, serving a multicultural, inner-city population of about 34,000 patients. This client is also a Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), physicians will be able to have a big impact on the well-being of their patients. This Community Health Center is actively seeking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to be part of a mission driven group of physicians, to replace a retiring physician.    FAMILY PRACTITIONER INCENTIVES:
