• Practice out of one hospital with new MOB connected
• No commute times driving between hospitals and offices
• Work with highly trained support staff along with no administrative responsibilities
• Enjoy being an employee of the hospital and receiving an annual salary plus wRVU comp plan
• Financial opportunity is uncapped and can reach 90th %tile due to retiring ENT in community
• Paid medical malpractice along with full benefits
• State of the art 238 bed hospital with 9 ORs
