Job Details

Locums anesthesiologist needed in West Virginia. Two weeks on and one week off. Call is 1:2 when working and with a CRNA. Must be able to do nerve blocks and supervise CRNAs. Board certified or eligible within 5 years of training. 70% to 80% CRNA supervision but occasionally doing own cases. Must place epidurals, general anesthesia, OB/GYN, ENT, ortho, and may be asked to handle difficult intubations. No hearts, neuro, or trauma. Late night call is rare. *Must be able to please peripheral nerve blocks for major ortho.
  • 2 weeks on/1 week off
  • Call is 1:2 when working
  • Board certified or eligible within 5 years of residency required
  • Must be able to do nerve blocks
  • Includes 70% to 80% CRNA coverage
  • Needs to be able to provide solid blocks of time
  • Active West Virginia license required
