Seeking a talented primary care provider to join a well-established community healthcare center of 30 Primary Care physicians and a support staff providing high quality adult primary care to patients who live and work in Chelsea and its surrounding communities. Designed to provide health care as a team with a focus on the individual patient, offering a patient-centered medical home model designed to facilitate care and shorter wait times. Teams are comprised of a physician, a nurse practitioner, nurses, a social worker and administrative staff giving the MD time to focus their attention on

Compensation and Benefits:
