- Physician led organization with 350 providers in 90 practice locations
- Monday through Friday. No weekends
- Outpatient only. No hospital. Nursing home rounding optional
- 1:3 call with a nurse triage service. phone call only
- Join 2 physicians and one PA
- Located 30 miles south of Hartford
