LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR of RHEUMATOLOGY QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PRESTIGIOUS ACADEMIC POSITION - TEACH RESIDENTS AND FELLOWS 50% DIRECT PATIENT CARE, 50% LEADERSHIP Prestigious academic multispecialty group providing cutting edge care seeks an experienced (two or more years in practice) Rheumatologist Physician to serve as Assistant Director for the Rheumatology division with a strong focus on quality improvement for value-based care. The right candidate enjoys teaching, mentoring and attending conferences, and has had success in external grant or research funding and publishing. Half your time will be spent with patients, the other half will be building, testing and implementing care delivery models across all locations.  RHEUMATOLOGIST PHYSICIAN INCENTIVES:

REQUIREMENTS for RHEUMATOLOGISTS:

• Board Certified in IM & Rheumatology
• Authorized to work in the United States
• 2 or more years' experience
• Innovative thinker who enjoys problem solving
• Leadership and quality improvement experience preferred
• Ability to read DXA scans or willingness to obtain ISCD certification
