  • One BC/BE adult psychiatrist, internal medicine or family medicine provider is needed in Salt Lake City at Avenues Specialty Clinic and Dayspring Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program

  • 36 hours clinical, 4 hours per week administrative

  • The position will provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment including our ASAM Level 1, Level 2 services and outpatient detox services within our Dayspring Treatment Program and our outpatient psychiatry specialty clinic.

  • Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

  • Competitive salary with transition to production and additional compensation for meeting quality goals
