Job Duties:

Duties: Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with problems relating to kidney function, high blood pressure, and other metabolic disorders, and to patients requiring dialysis treatments. Perform initial and follow-up procedures and examinations for new patients, order diagnostic tests, interpret the results, order appropriate interventions, therapies, medications, and other treatment modalities, and establish preventive health practices for patients. Collect, record, and maintain details of the patients’ histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, assessments, management plans, and treatment outcomes.

Requirements: MD or equivalent; Residency in Internal Medicine (3 years); Fellowship in Nephrology (2 years); and license to practice medicine or eligibility for licensure in Kansas and Missouri.
