MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Lemuel Shattuck Hospital is seeking a full-time BC/BE IM physician to serve as its Medical Director of the Ambulatory Care Center. 80% Of time will be spent providing direct patient care mainly on outpatient and some inpatient settings. This physician will also be responsible for administrative duties, including oversight of the quality of all clinical care within the clinic, and collaborates with VP for Ambulatory Care to promote efficiency, productivity, and performance improvement. He/she will teach students, residents, and other clinicians. Those interested in working in an urban setting with disenfranchised populations are encouraged to apply. LSH is located in Boston and serves as a Massachusetts DPH teaching hospital affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine.
