Lacey, Washington -- Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is seeking several excellent Family Medicine physicians to join our new PMG Primary Care Lacey clinic. As one of four comprehensive ambulatory care centers serving the five county Providence Southwest Region market, PMG Primary Care South Lacey will be developed as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, joining the 10 other PMG Primary Care teams holding this distinction. With the addition of South Lacey, PMG Southwest Primary Care teams will provide care for over 100,000 patients on a continual basis. This new, state-of-the-art clinic will be supported by integrated clinical pharmacy, behavioral health, care management, physical therapy, and diabetes / chronic disease personnel.
