Colorado Health Medical Group, physician group for UCHealth, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible full time Family Medicine physician to join our team of dedicated physicians at our Windsor Medical Clinic. Ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment with opportunity to impact quality improvement intiatives.  Three years experience a plus.
•Full scope outpatient clinic seeing newborn to geriatric
•Established patient base
•Rotating half-day Saturday clinics
•No OB or nursing home coverage
•Call requirement is phone coverage only; 1:5

About CHMG

In 2009, the Poudre Valley Health System, now University of Colorado Health, established Poudre Valley Medical Group, now Colorado Health Medical Group with providers from several private groups throughout northern Colorado. This new group created an integrated physician/health system partnership.
