Family Medicine in Longmont, CO

Colorado Health Medical Group, physician group for UCHealth, is seeking an enthusiatic Family Medicine physician to partner with our group of nine physicians at our top-notch outpatient Longmont Family clinic.  Open to considering candidates who are newly trained.
•Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
•Physician will work 4 days in the clinic each week
•Call requirements are three weekdays each month and every tenth weekend

In 2009, the Poudre Valley Health System, now University of Colorado Health, established Poudre Valley Medical Group, now Colorado Health Medical Group with providers from several private groups throughout northern Colorado. This new group created an integrated physician/health system partnership.
