The Department of Transplantation at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) in San Francisco is recruiting a Transplant Nephrologist. CPMC has performed over 5,200 kidney transplants since 1969. Recent volume has increased to 200+ kidney and 15+ pancreas transplants. Heart and liver transplants are also performed at our center. This individual will be expected to enhance our transplant program through outpatient and inpatient clinical activities and take part in our large transplant outreach program. This is a unique opportunity to practice 100% transplant medicine in a private teaching hospital as a member of a large subspecialty medical group. There will be opportunity to help develop and execute clinical research studies. Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (SPMF) is a non-profit medical organization affiliated with Sutter Health. Physician Foundation Medical Associates (PFMA) is a 160+ member multispecialty group that is physician affiliated with SPMF and the larger Sutter Medical Network.

Applicants must possess or be eligible for California licensure and have completed a transplant nephrology fellowship.
