Opportunity for a Physician to join our Hospital Medicine team full-time at St. Helena Hospital Napa Valley in St. Helena, California. We have restructured the compensation plan and are now offering a higher hourly rate with a quarterly RVU bonus and a production bonus. We offer an even higher nocturnist rate. This 181-bed, full-service community hospital offers the latest in state-of-the-art medical, surgical, and diagnostic services along with comprehensive acute care and behavioral health and wellness programs that draw patients from the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. This well-established group receives excellent specialist and ancillary support. Daily patient census is 15 to 18 with 4 to 5 admissions at night. Intensivists cover the 12-bed open ICU. The ideal candidate will have an active California license or have application in process and is BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
