Seattle, Washington - Swedish Health Services is seeking an experienced Pediatric Infectious Disease physician to join the Pediatric Specialty Care team at the Swedish First Hill campus. This full-time position will provide a unique opportunity to collaborate on a system-wide pediatric infection control program. Inpatient care. The ideal candidate will be fellowship trained, certified in Pediatric Infectious Disease, and have at least three years of experience with infection control and the development of pediatric antimicrobial stewardship programs, active on P&T, quality improvement and other committees. The First Hill campus is home to a Level IV NICU, PICU and inpatient pediatric unit and offers a wide range of pediatric services including a robust pediatric primary care network, a large childbirth center with maternal-fetal medicine services, and an extensive array of pediatric specialty care expertise. The Swedish First Hill campus is a 697-bed, general medical and surgical hospital located in downtown Seattle. As the largest of Swedish's five hospitals, First Hill is considered the main Swedish campus. In addition to the hospital and emergency department, the First Hill campus is home to the Swedish Cancer Institute and the Swedish Orthopedic Institute.
