Opportunity Highlights: 

• Base salary plus a productivity model with exceptional earning potential
• Sign-on Bonus
• Excellent benefits including $3500 CME, 5 weeks' PTO, amazing retirement package of $15,000/year, etc. 
• Outpatient only
• Call by phone is about 1:6
• Work one Saturday morning every 6 weeks from 8AM - 12 noon
• Excellent retention rate: many MDs have been on staff more than 10 years
• EMR - EPIC
• MD to medical assistant ration is 1:1.5 (including scribes)
• Residents rotate through the facilities, offering academic appointment to those with interest
• Opportunity to foster other clinical interests through grand rounds/clinical interests group
