Medical Director of Hospitalist Team

St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut is looking for an experienced Medical Director of our Hospitalist team. This is a well-established, rapidly growing service.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have demonstrated clinical leadership experience
• The ability to problem solve, handle patient complaints and incident reports
• The ability to improve efficiency while maintaining a high level of patient care
• Manage clinical and administrative time (50/50)
• Be Board Certified in Internal Medicine
