Job Details
Multispecialty group in Southeast Massachusetts is seeking to add Hospitalist physicians to our established team.
- Salary is very competitive
- Eligible for a bonus pool after one year and stockholder status after three years with minimal buy-in
- Malpractice, health insurance, and CME are covered and 401K is available
- Position involves only hospital work, with no clinic or outpatient responsibilities
- Schedule is one week on and one week off, alternating between two hospitals in same city
- Both Day Shift and Swing Shift Positions are available
- Opportunities may exist for additional shifts to earn extra income
- ICU admissions by Hospitalists are rare with no invasive procedures or intubations necessary
- Utilize an app and web-based charge-capture and billing system in order to maximize efficiency

Our location in southeastern Massachusetts is one hour from Boston, 20 minutes from Providence, RI, and 30 minutes from Cape Cod.
