Job Details
Cox Medical Center Branson is currently seeking a BE/BC Internist or Family Medicine physician to join our team of Hospitalists in Branson, Missouri. The Hospitalist team consists of 10 full-time physicians on site 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Each Hospitalist provides coverage for a minimum of 15 12-hour shifts each month. Our Hospitalists provide service response for codes, consultations, inpatient episodic medical care, patient admissions, and patient discharges. The team is also supported by four mid-level providers.
The Branson area is home to approximately 85,000 residents. Branson’s world-class entertainment venues, extensive shopping, and area lakes bring in 45,000 visitors daily during peak season and 8 million per year. It provides an excellent living environment with more than 10 golf courses in the area, affordable housing and property options, many churches and cultural facilities, top rated schools, both public and private, and a variety of options for the outdoor enthusiast.
