Primary Care Group outpatient based located in South Shore-Long Island NY, seeking part-time and full-time BCBE Internist or Family Practice Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants. *NYS license required*. Several positions available including part-time evening/Sat/Sun hours. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Excellent working environment, electronic health records, NCQA certified level 3 patient centered medical homes, great workflows and staff support with two medical assistants per provider and in-house care management.
