PT/FT BC/BE Endocrinologist to join a primary care/multispecialty office-based practice with four locations on Long Island, NY. Existing services include cardiology, PMR, bariatric surgery, podiatry, nutrition, and ADA certified diabetes education program. Excellent working environment, electronic health records, NCQA certified level 3 patient centered medical homes, great workflows and staff support with two medical assistants per provider and in-house care management.
