Greater Danbury Community Health Center
Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc./Greater Danbury Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center with an established Internal Medicine Teaching Program is seeking a suitable candidate for the Chief of Adult Medicine. Candidate should be Board Certified in Internal Medicine. At least five years of experience in primary care and at least three years of administrative experience is preferred, but not required. Candidate will be also acting as faculty for our teaching program, teaching and mentoring residents as well as taking part in didactic teaching sessions. Chief of Adult Medicine will work closely with the Residency Program Director in maintaining the teaching and ACGME accreditation status of the program. Candidate is expected to oversee the operations of Adult Medicine, Residency Program (along with the Program Director), and provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse population of adults in the greater Danbury area.
