Hospitalist - Colorado Springs

Colorado Health Medical Group is seeking Hospitalists to join our staff in Colorado Springs. Must be a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician or a BC Family Medicine physician with two years hospitalist experience.

Physician will work 160 shifts/year. We offer three shifts and the physicians rotate through all three. Our schedule is seven on/seven off. Night rotation and swing shift schedules are rotated through every 14 weeks. The group covers two hospitals but work is done primarily at one. Two NPs assist the physicians at the large hospital. Average daily census per physician is 15-18 patients/shift with 2-4 new admissions.
