Memorial Healthcare System, one of the largest public healthcare systems in the nation, is seeking:

Medical Director, Breast Oncology, to lead a breast medical oncology team of breast-care-dedicated profes­sionals at the Memorial Cancer Institute’s Breast Center. This is an excellent opportunity for leaders wishing to further develop an already established program which enjoys a strong reputation in the community, a fully supportive program and a brand new state-of-the-art facility.

Candidates must have:

1) A minimum of five years’ experience in the development and leadership of dedicated breast clinical service within a large cancer institute and be oncology board certified and fellowship trained from an accredited ACGME program;

2) Clinical research experience as being a principal or co-principal investigator in clinical trials in the area of clinical oncology or breast cancer, and participation in industry or cooperative studies;

3) Publications in peer review journals and presentations in regional or national meetings in the fields of clinical oncology and/or breast cancer.

Breast Medical Oncologists, to join a multi-disciplinary team of breast-care-dedicated professionals at Memo­rial Cancer Institute’s Breast Center. The candidate will enjoy an opportunity to conduct institutional research initiatives and to actively participate in clinical research, both through patient enrollment and participation in forums.

Candidates must have:

1) BE/BC and fellowship trained from an accredited ACGME program;

2) Proven work experience in a dedicated breast oncology setting.
