Infectious Disease, Key Clinical Faculty - Greenville, SC

Greenville Health System (GHS), the largest healthcare provider in South Carolina, seeks a highly productive, driven, forward thinking Infectious Disease physician to join our expanding department as Key Clinical Faculty as we develop and launch our Infectious Disease Fellowship Program. In this position, the individual will have at least 50% of protected time for Key Clinical Faculty.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Board Certification in Infectious Disease
• Three or more years’ experience after Fellowship and affiliation with an academic institution that has a Fellowship program; Experience working with Fellows
• Research Experience: Non-pharmaceutical company experience, demonstrated ongoing commitment to scholarly activity.

GHS employs 15,000 people, including 950+ physicians on staff. Our system includes clinically excellent facilities with 1,662 beds on 7 campuses. Additionally, we currently host 15 residency and fellowship programs and a 4-year medical education program: University of South Carolina School of Medicine–Greenville, located on GHS’ Greenville Memorial Medical Campus. We are a designated Level I Emergency Trauma Center and also have a separate research facility.
